Facility Supervisor – Job Opportunity

The Cumberland County Utilities Authority (CCUA) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Facility Supervisor position, offering excellent benefits.

Position Overview

The Facility Supervisor is an exempt position responsible for managing all phases of mechanical and electrical maintenance. This role oversees activities related to the procurement, servicing, operation, maintenance, and repair of Authority equipment, while coordinating personnel and resources to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to management and operational staff.
• Oversee operational budgets.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects.
• Work closely with engineering, regulatory agencies, and administrative personnel.

Required Skills

Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
