The Cumberland County Utilities Authority has awarded the following contract, through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et. seq. The contracts and the authorizing resolutions are on file and available for public inspection in the office the Cumberland County Utilities Authority, 333 Water Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302.

Resolution #3591: SUPPLEMENTAL BOND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF AN ADDITIONAL NOT TO EXCEED $3,000,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF SEWER SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS TO A PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED AMOUNT OF $13,200,000 OF SEWER SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY UTILITIES AUTHORITY
