Notice is provided that the Cumberland County Utilities Authority proposes to renew industrial discharge permits for the following industries:

• White Wave Foods, Inc.- 70 Rosenhayn Ave., Bridgeton
• Innovation Foods – 71 Bridgeton Ave, Bridgeton, NJ 08302

Industrial Discharge Permits establish limits on the quantity and quality of wastewater discharge to the Cohansey River Basin Wastewater Treatment Plant in conformance with the Authority’s Sewer Use Rules and Regulations. Copies of the permits may be obtained during normal business hours at the Authority office at 333 Water St. Bridgeton, NJ 08302. Public Comments will be accepted for a period of 30 days from publication
