CUMBERLAND COUNTY UTILITIES AUTHORITY

Sealed proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite Solution will be received, publicly opened and read aloud by the Cumberland County Utilities Authority, 333 Water Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey 08302, at the hour of 10:00 AM prevailing time, on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. Late bids will be returned unopened.
Bids shall be made on the bid forms provided and in the manner prescribed. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend:

Specification No. 2020-05
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Cumberland County Utilities Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid and to reject any or all bids as provided for in the instructions to bidders.
