Electrician

 The Cumberland County Utilities Authority is presently seeking an experienced Electrician for its Wastewater Treatment facilities located in Cumberland County, NJ. 

The Electrician is responsible for the maintenance of all Authority electrical machinery and equipment. This includes emergency generators, distribution system, lighting protection and electronic equipment. 

The candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NJ driver’s license, have completed an accredited Electrical training program with a at least four (4) years of journey worker level experience, three (3) of which must include performing the maintenance of motor control centers, distribution systems, and other electrical devices. Basic knowledge of electronic control devices, such as variable frequency drives and M.A. current. Must hold a Certificate of Registration to Practice as a Qualified Journeyman Electrician or a NJ Electrical Contractor License.
