Any Workshop Meetings shall commence at 4:00 p.m. prior to the Regular Monthly Meeting.

All Regular Monthly Meetings shall commence immediately following the Workshop Meeting, or at 4:30 pm if no Workshop Meeting is held on the third Thursday of the month (unless otherwise specified) at the Authority’s Administration Building, Public Meeting Room (first floor) 333 Water Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey.
